By booking your Tee Time you are responsible for everyone in your group understanding these mandatory precautions.

For the Health and Safety of the community, yourself and others we ask that you follow these above noted procedures.  Failing to do so will result in refusal of service and you will be asked to leave.

Sanitizing Surfaces

Prior to your arrival at Sunstone Golf Club


  • If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay at home

  • If you live with someone who has symptoms of COVID-19, please stay at home

  • If you are on a 14 day quarantine or in Self-Isolation, please stay at home

  • If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, please use the self assessment tool

  • Please practise social distancing at all times by staying 2 meters away others

  • Please limit the amount of surfaces you touch while on the premises

  • We encourage you to bring your own sanitizer and use it often while on the premises

  • We have removed all water stations from the golf course.  Please plan ahead and bring your own water or you can purchase water from the club

  • BC Liquor Regulations are still in effect.  All Alcohol must be purchased through Sunstone Golf Club and Bar & Grill.  Anyone caught with outside alcohol will be asked to leave the property immediately (no refunds will be given)

Tee Times​

All tee times will need to be made online at

  • Walk-ons will not be allowed

  • If you require assistance booking a tee time online please call our golf shop

  • Tee time intervals are set at 10

For those groups that are fewer than 4 people, please be prepared to be paired up with other golfers.  If you prefer to not be paired up, you are welcome to purchase the open spots

Surgical Mask

Arriving at the club

  • Face Masks are mandatory inside the club at all times (unless eating or drinking)

  • Please follow the signage at the clubhouse.  This signage directs you where to enter and exit

  • Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your tee time

  • If you do arrive early please remain at your vehicle until 15 minutes before your tee time

  • Please sanitize your hands prior to entering the clubhouse.  Sanitizers are placed at all entrances

  • Please stand in the designated “Spots” in the golf shop while waiting to check-in for your tee time

  • A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the golf shop at any one time

  • While cash is accepted we prefer that you pay by credit or debit card

Power carts and Pull carts​

  • Power carts will be single rider only unless you are golfing with someone from your own household, in your bubble or arrived at the course in the same vehicle

  • Power carts must be booked in advance a minimum of 24 hours (this includes Cart Pass Holders)

  • After your round please park the cart is the designated area (follow the signage)

  • Please empty your power cart of all garbage and recycling at the end of your round (bins are provided and marked)​

  • Cleaned and sanitized between use

Sanitizing Spray Bottles

Changes on the Golf Course

  • Ball Washers and water stations have been removed

  • Rakes have been removed from the bunkers.  You may improve your lie within 1 club length

  • The Flagstick must remain in the hole at all times.  We have installed a small piece of PVC pipe in the hole so the ball does not drop to the bottom

  • Please do not touch or share equipment

  • Please practise social distancing (2 meters apart for others)
