• To help prevent no-shows, tee times must be secured by a credit card.

• Cancellation of a tee time; Monday - Thursday requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid charges

• Cancellation of a tee time; Friday - Sunday including holidays requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid charges

• If you cancel your tee time with less than your required hours of notice or one or more players is a no-show, the card holder will be charged $25 for each absent player that was booked.

• You can cancel your tee time through our online booking system or by calling the Golf Shop at 604-894-6197 ext.1

• Singles are now welcome to make online reservations alongside existing twosomes or threesomes.

• For singles, if others that you are to be paired up with, cancel or fail to show up, you'll seamlessly transition to the next available priority tee time waitlist. Please note that solo play is not permitted when we are busy.

• We strictly adhere to a no outside alcohol policy.

• Pace of Play: We kindly request that players maintain a brisk pace of play. Ideally, a round of 18 should take four players no more than four hours, while a round of 9 should be completed within two hours for four players. Please play with the concept of "READY GOLF" in mind.

• Rates and tee-off times are subject to changes without prior notice. 

• The operational hours of the golf shop may be adjusted due to unfavorable weather conditions on a daily basis.
